6:15pm (1 hour class) Iyengar Yoga - Beginners - Open to all levels and experience
7:30pm (90min class) Iyengar Yoga - Level 1
Opposite the train station exit. (St Johns Hill opposite the car park). The Community Hall is next to project Orange and OYM fitness, it is the first building as you walk from the road. Entrance to the hall is on the right of the building up the small ramp.
First class is Free
The classes focus will be different each week. The last week of the month is always restorative so remember an extra layer (or a blanket)
